01General Terms & Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all 365aca services. By registering, logging in, placing a bet, or using any feature on 365aca, you are considered to have accepted these terms.
365aca reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified via email or through the platform before any changes take effect.

02Account Registration & Eligibility
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to open an account at 365aca. Providing a false age during registration will result in account termination and all funds may be forfeited.
Account Rules
Each person may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or device is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
Accuracy of Information
All information provided during registration must be accurate and your own. Opening an account in someone else's name or submitting false details is strictly prohibited. 365aca may request identity verification (KYC) at any time.

03Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Rules
The minimum deposit at 365aca is ৳500. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card payments. Deposits are usually instant, though occasional mobile network issues may cause a delay of 10–15 minutes.
Withdrawal Rules
Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Standard accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of ৳50,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is incomplete.
Warning: Withdrawals must generally be made through the same payment method used for the deposit. This is a mandatory requirement for anti-money laundering compliance.
365aca does not charge any processing fees. However, mobile banking operators (such as bKash) may apply their own cash-out charges in accordance with their own policies.
04Betting Rules
Valid Bet
Once the "Confirm Bet" button is clicked, the bet is considered final. Bets cannot be changed or cancelled due to network issues or personal reasons.
Odds Error
If 365aca publishes odds that are clearly erroneous (for example, a team listed at 0.1 when the correct odds should be 2.0), 365aca reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds. Affected members will be notified immediately and their stakes refunded.
Limits
Maximum bet limits may vary by event and market. 365aca reserves the right to set or adjust bet limits at any time, particularly where unusual betting patterns are identified.
The 365aca betting system is fully automated and verifiable. Match results are settled using data from officially recognized news sources and sports federations.
05Result Settlement & Void Bets
Results Source
365aca uses data from internationally recognized sports data providers to settle bets. For cricket, ICC decisions are final; for football, FIFA and the relevant league authorities have the final say.
Match cancelled or abandoned
If a match is cancelled, suspended, or abandoned before completion, or if an official result cannot be determined due to an insufficient number of overs or playing time, all bets on that match will generally be considered void and stakes refunded.
Exception: In live betting, if part of the match has already been played and the bet depends on that portion, settlement may follow the result accordingly. In such cases, the rules specific to that sport will apply.

06Bonus & Promotions Policy
Welcome Bonus
To receive the welcome bonus on your first deposit, you must deposit within 30 days of registration. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the required rollover is completed.
Rollover Requirements
Bonus rollover means you must wager a total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by the rollover multiplier. For example, a 1,000 BDT bonus with a 10x rollover requires 10,000 BDT in bets. If the rollover is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
Bonus Abuse
365aca takes bonus abuse seriously — including claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or cashing out bonuses through reverse betting strategies. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

07Responsible Gaming

- Deposit Limit: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
- Loss Limit: Option to automatically stop betting after losing a specified amount.

If the matter is not resolved through support, it will be escalated to 365aca's compliance department, which will issue a decision within 7 business days.
Note: Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised within 30 days of the match ending. Complaints submitted after this period will not be accepted.
10Notice of Changes to Terms
365aca may update these terms at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via email and platform notifications before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This situation is more common in cricket. Under 365aca's rules, the outcome depends on how many overs have been played:
- T20 Match: If the combined overs across both innings are fewer than 5, the match is not considered "official" and all bets are voided with full stakes returned.
- D/L Method Result: If an official result is declared via the Duckworth-Lewis method after sufficient overs have been bowled, bets will be settled according to that result.
- Suspended & Rescheduled: If the match is played at a later date, the bet will remain valid for that rescheduled match — as long as it is still considered part of the original event.

Yes, this is called an accumulator bet, or "acca" for short. Here's how it works:
- Click on the odds for more than one match on your bet slip.
- The bet slip automatically multiplies all odds to display a combined odds figure.
- Enter the total bet amount and confirm.
Payout Calculation: Stake × (Odds 1 × Odds 2 × Odds 3...). For example, if three matches have odds of 1.80, 2.00, and 2.50, the combined odds = 9.00. A ৳1,000 bet would return a payout of ৳9,000.
Important Rules: If any single bet in an accumulator loses, the entire accumulator loses. However, if an event is cancelled or voided, only that leg is removed and the accumulator continues with the remaining selections.
